Impossible.
That’s often how this mission feels. Would you take it on anyway?
Picture this.
You make a choice—one that’s not typical, not what most people are doing. And it changes everything. Would you keep it quiet, or shout it from the rooftops? Especially when it’s free, available to everyone, and so simple yet life-changing.
It’s the very thing so many people crave, but they’re unsure how to get there. They need you to share your experience, to make it real for them. When they see what’s possible through a shift in perspective, which fuels new actions, that then shapes life itself? Now that’s powerful.
Sounds like an easy ‘sale’, right? Do this free, straightforward (but not easy!) thing, and you could completely change how you see and feel life—for the better!

But… there’s always a “but.” When something sounds too good to be true, well, you know the saying.
See, this mission? It’s actually not quite that simple. Nothing worthwhile ever is. Helping people unplug from social media and plug back into what actually matters? That’s a path full of resistance.
Here’s the catch.
When you dare to share your findings—your freedom from the scroll—people see you as the “do-gooder,” someone who’s out of touch, unrelatable. (Oh, didn’t you know? Not being up to date with the latest TikTok trends makes you uninteresting.) And because you’re challenging one of society’s most accepted norms, you’ll ruffle a few feathers. You’ll hear things like, “Who do you think you are?” or “Are you saying I’m doing something wrong?” Your boldness makes some people defensive.
Yet imagine this. You’ve already helped hundreds of people shift their view on social media and encouraged them to live according to their values—no matter what the world’s doing. The emails come in from people thanking you, rooting for you, saying they’ve found peace offline, confirming that this issue is bigger than any one of us.
But then… at times, the mission feels stagnant. Feels more like an uphill climb than anything else. The easiest thing to do would be to fold. To keep on keeping on with my life offline and ignore the call to share and encourage others to follow what feels right for them too no matter what anyone else is doing!
Sometimes the path of least resistance tries to disguise itself as a possible option! But we both know, we’re not here to do life easy. Easy doesn’t lead to great, and easy never feels fulfilling.
So, my friend, if you feel the urge to do life differently whether it’s stepping up in your family, taking a bold turn in your career, or starting a new venture of your own- think of it like slowly carving a new path through untouched snow.
I get it—the effort can feel small, even invisible at times. But trust me, each step forward is one more reason for someone else to be brave enough to start forging their own new path, too.
This mission, though it feels impossible, is on your heart for a reason. Whether it’s pushing back against a screen-filled world, pioneering a new idea, or daring to live differently, know this: you were made for it. So keep going—even when it’s uncomfortable, even when the stakes feel high. This path is yours, and you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
We’re all faced with a choice when the road looks rough. Do we take the mission or the easy way out?
I’ve accepted mine. Now, I challenge you to take a good look at yours. You might not be able to see the path yet, but I encourage you to take that first, small step forward anyway. Keep carving out that trail until one day, you look back at a road that’s clear, beautiful, and all yours.
Keep moving forward, mission accepted. Will you accept yours?
